• Consequence: BREAKAGE OF THE MOUNTING BRACKET IN A SEVERE CRASH COULD ALLOW THE SEAT BELT TO NOT PROPERLY RESTRAIN THE PASSENGER AND POTENTIALLY RESULT IN INJURY OR DEATH.
